Arginine is an amino acid, produced in the pituitary gland, so we can say that basically it’s a non-essential nutrient; however, during hard physical work, your body may not be able to produce it in sufficient quantities, so you may need to take it in from external sources (conditionally essential), practically in the form of dietary supplements.
Mix 2 grams (half a measuring spoon = half a tbsp) powder with 400 ml water or soft drink. Take two servings daily - one before your workout and one before sleep. Do not exceed recommended daily allowance.
